KDEN Homes, LLC is a design-build construction company specializing in new residential development.  Founded in 2018 by Brian Kennedy, a seasoned management professional and construction leader within the field, KDEN Homes is named after his two little girls, Kade & Hayden who provide the ultimate perspective on what it takes to make a house a home.  Spending over 20 years in the industry, Brian has gained extensive experience in small to large scale project development.  His strengths begin in project origination, strategic planning, concept and design development, as well as project management.  His attention to detail, eye for design, and commitment to quality allow him to provide a home worthy of your family.
